SHINSEGAE International(SI) ‘Hope Project’
SI is consistently participating in community services and hoping to be one of the most beloved companies known for the fulfillment of responsibility management with our ‘Hope Project’.
‘Hope Project’ of SI formed with three components of ‘Encouraging, Supporting and Spreading’ Hope is not an one-time event but ongoing commitments through steady volunteer activities including social services of our employees, clothing and goods support, sponsorship for social enterprises and charity bazaars for disadvantaged social groups.

01. Encouraging Hope
Over 1,000 SI employees are involved in regular social service activities twice or three times a year.
‘Encouraging Hope’ program is progressing as originally planned for children in local community children’s centers and it also includes various practical social contribution programs such as cleaning up the local environment.
‘Encouraging Hope’ program provides children with a variety range of activities to experience in person such as field trips, birthday parties, art and physical education so that they can be a well-grownups in hopes of their future.

02. Supporting Hope
SI particularly promotes to supply clothing for low-income families as engaging in apparel business but considers extending the limit of supplies with more functional necessities like bedding and general merchandise to maximize the efficiency of donation.
SI is currently donating all the proceeds of sale from the cooperation project with a well-known social enterprise ‘BeMyFriend’ to support disadvantaged social groups. More than 200 children in Local Community Child Center have been provided school supplies and SI, renovated facilities and supported DIY furniture making as a part of plans for ‘Supporting Hope’.
03. Spreading Hope
'Hope Project' started by SI employees at the beginning is now spread to local communities and customers through SI’s customer participating community services. ‘Sharing Hope’ bazaars offer costumers high quality products with reasonable price. All the proceeds of bazaars go to local communities for disadvantaged social groups.
SI also runs an official facebook website (www.facebook.com/like.sikorea) for online communications with customers and updates various news regarding to SI’s inside stories, social service activities, and various SI’s new launching brands.
